Captain Rich
Captain Rich McCloskey is a native of south Louisiana and has been chasing fish on the surface and below the surface of Louisiana Waters out of Venice, LA for 20 plus years. Rich is the current President of the Hell Divers Spearfishing club. Rich is a current Elite Redfish Series Pro, fishoing the 2023 circuit along the gulfcoast.
Rich loves chasing all species of fish but his love is chasing redfish, tripletail and Speckled Trout in the marshes and coastal waters of Venice, LA. He landed the #8 Tripletail last year for the record books. Rich has worked as a Police Officer for the past 12 years where he served as a Narcotics Detective. He has also served on the Swat team for 5 1/2 years. Rich is also a member of the Storm 22 Po staff where he enjoys taking former Police Officers and Veterans on trips they will not forget.

Captain Drew
A Soldier, an Officer and now a Charter Guide. Captain Drew White grew up in Slidell and has been fishing the waters of southeast Louisiana for over 35 years. Drew spent 7 years in the United States Army (Airborne), then graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a criminal justice degree. Drew then joined the Baton Rouge Police Department, where he spent 17 years in Narcotics and retired with 28 years of service. Drew is now pursuing his true passion, catching redfish and speckled trout in the waters of the Mississippi Delta. Drew enjoys sharing his fishing experience with people who come to south Louisiana to have a memorable trip on the water. Captain Drew White fishes on a Pathfinder 2500 equipped with a Yamaha 300, Garmin electronics, radar and a Minn Kota 36 volt Terrova trolling motor.
Captain Shane
A native of Baton Rouge, Captain Shane Mouch grew up bass fishing in the Atchafalaya Spillway before shifting his focus to inshore fishing in the waters of Venice, Louisiana 25 years ago. He retired as a lieutenant from BRPD after nearly 30 years of service, including 18 years on the SWAT team, and is now pursuing his passion for chasing specks and reds full-time. He has passed his love of the water down to his daughter, who spent her weekends fishing with him in the marsh and is now a member of her high school bass fishing team. Captain Shane fishes on a Pathfinder 2400 equipped with a Yamaha 300, Garmin electronics and radar, and a Minn Kota 36vt Riptide Terrova
